About our Community
Spirit of the Sacred Journey is the Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPS) chapter associated with the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Surprise AZ. UU Surprise is a progressive, inclusive interfaith community that is a LGBTQIA+ Welcoming community. The congregation has been overwhelmingly supportive of our growing pagan community and many of our CUUPS members are also members of our Church.
In a quote from the UU Surprise website:
We are non-creedal: there are no required beliefs about God, the after-life, or other religious questions, but we do learn from other religions. We all have a common approach to life in our on-going search for meaning.
